They issued wrong contract and still not fixed

I applied for two top up 200 contracts thru Jason Spamers and they issued two wrong contracts to me they gave me two anytime accounts, I recognized this a day after I received my phones and immediately phoned Jason to fix this, now I've been billed for any time and they took to much money out of my account and it is still not fixed a month later, this is the worst service I received in my entire life!! They better fix this and I want a refund
