Great Customer Service By Jason from Style36

We often run to Hello Peter only when we have complaints to report about bad service we received, but hardly do we do the same whenever we received a great service. Once in a while we get those rare moments when someone just go out of his way & give us the best service we deserve. One such moment is the one I received from Jason of Style36. I recently saw this great shoes on the website which I immediately thought I must have, only to find that they don't have them in my size (Size 11, I am a big guy U C). I wanted those shoes so badly that I decided to send them an e-mail received by Jason. He wrote back to me promising to find out from all their suppliers if they have those shoes in my size. What I appreciated the most is that, Jason kept me well informed all the way. And fortunately within no time he found them & immediately informed me. I immediately made an EFT payment & e-mailed him proof of payment. As I was going on a trip to Lesotho and hoped to wear those shoes, I asked Jason if he can't speed up my delivery. In less than 24hs my shoes were delivered!
