Following my succesful application of a device with the above mentioned store, I was promised a callback when the device had been sourced from head office or sister branches and promised a callback on the progress thereof. This was on 27 August 2013 and to date I haven't reveived any feedback whatsover, instead I have called and left numerous messages for Andre to call me back and not even once has he bothered to call me back and update me on the progress or explain what could be causing the delay. At one point I was made to hold for over 40 min waiting for Andre to get to the phone and he never did. I went to the store to the 31 Augist 2013, and after queieing for some 30 - 40 min I was advised by Andre that the device was only dsipatched on Thursday the 29 August 2013 and no confirmation as to when they will be receiving it in their store. I am completely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. This is completely unacceptible and downright disrespectful by Andre.
