So i get an email that I have been listed by Edcon for slow payment, i make a call to their call center and Speak to Phindi Ndlovu, ext 011 498 9216.I told her I would make the payment today and asked me the lifting on my account will happen. Phindi laughed at me and then told me that it was obvious when it will be lifted. I have never felt this belittled and disrespected by a call center agent.
