My upgrade is due, so went to Tokai Autopage and found a Blackberry 9320 in their featured deals for R149 per month with BIS included. I was told that I can get the Blackberry for R149 per month, but for me, the BIS was an extra R60 a month. So I would be paying R209 a month for the same deal as a new client gets for R149!!!
A slap in the face for long-standing clients.
I'm on the brink of changing service providers now unless your retentions department can sort this out!
