Disgusting service

I did my upgrade more over a month now and still have not received my upgrade. Although many promises have been made, and calls, not a single thing done. Yet network providers are able to provide the upgrade required, (mtn) altech auto page are unable to do so.
They manage to mess up simple upgrades, SIM swaps,
It is like dealing with amateurs.
Do not go through them, go directly with network providers.
In my opinion altech is an embarrassment to cellular network providers.
Can't wait for this contract to expire.
