A couple of weeks ago I have received an email from the MBD Attorneys acting on behalf of MTN Service Provider urging me to pay for the contract account (A4336469). & to my surprise I've never had a contract phone in my entire life. I've made a query with MTN contact Centre (Zanele Radebe), whom instructed me to open up a formal query by submitting a SAPS sworn statement and certified ID copy which I've done, but when I phoned for follow up check with (Reabetswe Hlahatse) the documents were not clear. I emailed it through again and then the ref number (2009731) was issued on the query. Nevertheless, still the BDM sent through a number of emails, phoned me yesterday &threatened to blacklist my name if I don't initiate another query with them. I phoned MTN (Busi Mahlase) to follow up with the ref number and she informed me that the department closed the query as the sworn statement didn't sufficiently support that I'm disputing the account. What I'm requesting from the MTN's department is to send me the detailed communication that will give a direction of how to DISPUTE the account now that I'm lacking these legal terminologies to construct an account dispute
