ADSL non performance and thuggery

ADSL line was installed.
According to brochure it should deliver 300 kb/sec.
Only ever achieved 60kb/sec.thus it would take hours to download large files! Not useful at all
Complained but no response in fact they try to make me believe it says on the brochure upto 300kb/sec.
I cancelled the service.
They handed me over to NUdebt to collect fees regardless!!!
Absolutely disgusting.
AVOID them like the plague!
