Appalling Service, Consistently by the staff

This is not the first time my family & I have had to endure such appalling service from Vodacom and Vodacom Repairs (VR) within Centurion mall and the staff members attitude does not help. I have taken my phone in for repairs 2 weeks ago. This past Sunday, I enquired about my phone at the VR shop and they said they would let me know the following day after calling my insurance. Of course without any surprise I have not received any phone call from VR to this day. Furthermore, my insurance has called and said my claim is ready, after speaking to VR centurion thrice yesterday. In addition when speaking to the manager yesterday, I found out that my claim was sent through the 19th already, thus the service received on Sunday was incorrect. I enquired about their stock telephonically and all three times they communicated that they unfortunately do not have the phone that I am requesting and thus I obviously asked that they order it for me. Their response again, we do not know when we will receive stock because the Vodacom warehouse do not have stock! Which is a because stock will be received next week. I am extremely frustrated with the customer service encountered once again
