Vodacom - dishonest and no stock

I wanted to take out a contract with Vodacom-against my better judgement, as I had an issue with Vodacom in December, which they refused to apologise for.
I completed the necessary application form on Sunday 13/01, but could not finalise the transaction as I did not have bank statements with me. The salesman, Zaza, said that he will get the process started and let me know on Monday. After no phonecall on Monday, I phoned him. I was told their system are slow and they are working on the application. About 5 min later I received a call again, informing me that my paperwork has been lost, i.e he was lying about working on my application! I filled out the app form again. In my telephone conversation I specifically asked if he had stock of the products I wanted. He assured me there is stock. I made it clear that I am not taking a contract if there is no stock. I went to the shop to collect my goods on 14/01 at 17h15. After waiting for about 45min, and doing the paperwork, I was told simcards are out of stock! He offered to buy one from Checkers!! They wasted an hour of my time and to me, which I don't appreciate at all. Seems as if being dishonest is ok with Vodacom...:-(
