Cannot port because of accounts mess up AGAIN!!

Im trying to port my numbers away from 8ta after two years of frustration because of BAD service. My 1st number ported fine. The 2nd failed. Virgin asked me to contact 8ta as no reason was given. 8ta said there was no problem on the account and as such Virgin should try again. Virgin did, twice and again asked me to establish why. 8ta couldnt and had to contact their technical dept who said Virgin had canceled on their side. Virgin then contacted 8ta who said the account was in arrears and suspened which is not true. Service still works. I got an sms in December claiming the account was less than R20 (wrong of course) and that they would do a d/order. They didnt. I got a phone call saying it was in arrears and the amount was over R100. I asked about the other two numbers and they were also in arrears. They gave me the amounts which I paid as soon as I got off the phone. Why they ported 1 and not the other is a mystery. Because of the USUAL incomptetance I cant get this number ported. This is exactly why Im porting away but even this they cant get right. Virgin cant continue. Im surprised that 8ta is still in business. I will now have to again get their mess sorted so I can port.
