Cell C
No proof... no payment!

I have been trying to get cell c to reply to mails and phone calls. Sandros Mhlongo is not getting back to me regarding my contract that I have signed as well as to what data was used on what web sites and from where I have logged in.
This has been going on sins Jan 2013. Sins I have cancelled my contract with them and not making payments. Why if cell is so adamant that I have used the data can they not provide me with proof?
This is a company that can give you proof of what I need to make payment if I am in the wrong!
I hate not paying accounts and I have never missed any payments on any accounts but I will not pay R1282.11 for data that I have not used. I do NOT download anything... i go on ABSA, news24 and Facebook... (NOT UPLOADING PHOTOS). Just give me the DAM proof if you want payment!
