Still no proof!!!

And still you cannot provide any proof. Clearly cell c is not listening!
I want the times I spend on whatever sites you are charging me for. Facebook does not use 3GB; I haven't been using my internet for hours and hours. Last year I have been on the internet/Facebook and downloading for hours at a time, because I got married in November. Sins then I might have been on the internet but not at all as long as when I was planning a wedding.
I haven't uploaded any pictures on Facebook or downloading anything!
So please stop telling me it is Facebook and send me proof.
I am in my rite as a customer to see the proof of what was downloaded.
So please give me proof on what was downloaded.
And please stop referring to my statement, could I have downloaded in 10 min with the cost of R176.10?
And in the 3years of having this contract I have NEVER used more than my 2GB, so all I am asking is that cell c provide me with the time spend on FACEBOOK and the things that was downloaded. Charing me for 6 or 7 GB is insane!
