L had a horrific accident in ghana last year in bibiani 1/1.2012, l broke my leg in 3 places & dislocated my ankle, it was 28 days before l got back to the uk for emergency surgery, my leg was healing in all the wrong places, we couldnt get my mobile topped up even by credit card from the uk, my family in uk so worried ld loose my leg, constant emails, visits to mtn head office in ghana, still no answers, l run a gold buying operation, lve had the number 6 yrs 00233249919938, we called their customer service dept who seemed oblivious what customer service is, we, ve tried even their uk site, no body replies, they disconnected the number.we, ve tried &tried to get it reactivated but nobody listens, the number is on my website and is fully registered with my passport on it william steventon lve called my family called & called friends customers, its very embarassing & very poor, lve lost sales & credibility $1b in lost sales, these people just do not care, a genuine accident 8 hours from accra, my family frantic with worry, that l was going to loose my leg, but we could not top up the phone, we, ve tried all year to get it reactivated.its an absolute disgrace, mr [Email Removed]
