Fraudelent Sim Swop and Negligence of Cell C

I have received ans SMS on 08/11/13 at 14:01 that I asked for a sim swop. I did not and I immediately contacted Chantell at 061-000-7007 and requested her to stop immediately, which she promised she would do. I received another sms on 09/11/13 and again stopped it and spoke to a Tshepo at the same number. On 11/11/13 at 23:34 I received another sms which I only saw the following morning and my sim didn't work anymore. I tried to call my Cell C number and a lady answered the phone. So I called 061 000 7007 again at 06:40 on 12/11/13 and spoke to Dipuo who promised that she would put a hold on the phone. I then went to Cell C shop at Kollonade Shopping Centre where they did a sim swop after a delay of half an hour and promised that it will be activated as soon as possible. The Sim was never activated and I would just like to state that I will not be accountable for any calls from 23:34 on 11/11/13 till today. I have stopped the Debit Order and don't want to continue with the contract as I was without the use of my phone for a week and lost all my clients. I just want to receive an itemised bill in order to pay what I owe as I don't get any help from CellC
