My Account - still down after a week of promise

A week ago I complained about the "My Account" service being down. You responded :

"Apologies for the inconvenience. As per feedback from our team, the portal should be up and running today. Regards Cell C | TK "

You to me - it is now a week and absolutely nothing has happened. My customer has a lot of automated machines using Cell C data SIMS that need be checked on a daily basis

I CANNOT CHECK THE BALANCES! - it is way too much hassle to have to phone in for the data balances - perhaps we should go to the other service provider...
