Disgusted with the service from cell c

My husband has been trying to deal with cell c since October last year. He was connected to the house's Wireless (Not to his cell phone at all) and he got billed for all of it. They did this to him twice. He has been calling you people since last year and nothing has been resolved. All they keep saying is it has been put through to the technical dept and once that has been done he will be reimbursed for the amount that was wrongfully deducted off his contract. The service level is absolutely SHOCKING!! The staff are all extremely rude and not helpful at all. This is just not on anymore to have to wait MONTHS to get any kind of service out of cell c. We are absolutely DISGUSTED at how this matter has been dealt with or should i say NOT dealt with. Sort this matter out!!!
