Cell C
No Coverage!!!

I took a contract out last year December. The contract is used by my husband. I constantly can't reach my husband on his Cell C line. I hear the 'number you have dialled isn't available' message. This happens continuously for several hours during the day. I've reported this to Cell C numerous times and even spoken to the technical department but the issue isn't being resolved. I've had to take a second line for my husband, with Vodacom, because I can't reach him on his Cell C line. My brother in law was attacked in his house a week ago and he couldn't reach my husband to help him. Our house was broken into in October and our possessions were as the armed response company couldn't reach my husband in time. I am sick and tired of calling your customer care with no resolution. I want a solution to this problem NOW or you can take your contract and shove it!
