Hate complaining, never do it. But for this complaint i even did special research as to where it would be best suited.

MTN, i have been using your Uncapped light package for the past 12 months. For the past 4 months my internet started dropping constantly, it drops around every 10-15min and i have to Unplug the modem for anything to actually start working again. I have phoned customer care countless times only to be transferred to 5 different departments every time. It gets better, when i phone customer care or any other person in my phonebook my connection on my sell drops!!! So i have to not only phone customer care 5 times before i can finish a conversation, but in total get transferred 25 times just to get someone that can try to help. I got to a point where MTN promised me within 92working hours someone will come to my house/area to fix my internet, this has been promised to me twice. It has now been over 200 working hours and tomorrow i will cancel my contract.

The penalty i have to pay can be accounted for due to contract breach seeing as that i am paying for something I DO NOT GET!!! Net dropped twice while typing this msg!

I will NOT pay any penalty fee!
