This is now my third complaint on Hello Peter. I have gone through so much hassle trying to upgrade but still have not received my phone. First the phone was returned as I was not able to receive it due to personal reasons. After upgrading a second time (to an S4 Mini LTE) I previously checked the Vodacom website which claimed they only had stock of the black version not the white. I then spoke to a consultant to upgrade, who told me that they only had the white version in stock (contradicting their very own website). I told the consultant that I would like the white version which was great as it was in stock. After placing the upgrade, I received an SMS claiming that my handset was on back order. I posted this issue on Hello Peter and Vodacom responded promptly and somewhat helpfully. 2 consultants contacted me with regard to the matter. The one consultant told me that they did not have the white version but only the black one (contradicting the earlier consultant). I said I would take the black version and he said it would be delivered within 48 hours. I still have not received the phone. Disgusted and appalled after nearly 2 months of hassles. Unacceptable!!
