STRUGGLING FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS TO GET IT FIXED!!

On the 29 of December 2012 I went to Vodacom repair centre to find out what is wrong with my phone because I bought it in November and it keeps on switching off by itself. They sent the phone in and about a week and a half later they sens me a message that said I can come and collect my phone and that it was fixed. When I got the phone back, as I am busy changing my setting (still in the shop), it turned off again. I sent it back in and then they refunded it for the first time, I had a white phone, they sent me a black phone without a backcover, which means I had the black phone with a white backcover! Still I got the same problem! After already struggling for about a month, I sent it in again and waited for about two weeks, they refunded it again. I went to pick it up again and still the same problem!! After making a scene in the shop they asked one of the technicians in the shop to have a look! Then they realised I went through all that to just tell me that there is a problem with my memory card!! They must have been able to tell me that the first time I was there!! What type of technicians are working there??
