My phone was sent in for repairs in January and I was told if the phone could not be fixed I would get a new one. I was then told a month later by the company that supplied my loan phone that my claim was approved and I should contact MTN. After trying to get through for the 20th time I got through to a pre recorded message that told me that my claim was approved and to go to an MTN store with my ID to collect my new phone. I did as I was told and went to greenstone MTN today and was told I need a claim letter. The consultant then tried to call the insurance twice but couldnt get through to them. I was told to leave my number and he will get back to me. Like most people I have a job and I dont have time to run up and down and make constant calls to sort something this small out. It feels like every route I'm told to take just leads me to a brick wall and suggest that there is no communication between departments. Seeing as this is not my first incident with MTN I must say that this is the worst service I have gotten in a long time. Will definitely not renew my contract.
