TREATHENING TO PUT ME ON CREDIT BUREAU

My name was forwarded to vvm attorneys to recover outstanding funds for a expired cell phone contract that ended in June 2013.I was never contacted or informed about this.
I received call from different consultants at VVM attorneys which was totally unacceptable as they were rude and had no telephone manners and immediately started to treathen me.
I received a email from VVM stating that I owed a outstanding amount of R2610 of which I paid the full amount however after paying this I received another email stating that I made arrangement to pay a R2588 for January and February the problem is that I never made that arrangement. Their call are recorded and it can be listen to and confirmed what the arrangement was made. I requested that MTN provide me with a detailed bill to confirm the amount that I owed them no one responded to me email this is the worst possible service I have ever had and will not recommend that anyone take out a cellphone contract with MTN as they are and debit your account for month after your contract has expired
