My Samsung Note 2 is Fixed, But No Phone

Went to the Branch today the (26/03/2013) they said they don't have the phone I advise them I received an SMS from HEAD OFFICE on the (20/03/2013) saying that i can collect my cell phone with in two working days.
I still did not receive my Cell Phone as up till day I don't know what is the delay I don't know which of your staff are INCOMPETENT and I am Furious. This is the Badiest service ever received and not a happy customer at all.
When I took my Cell phone they advised me of six weeks I'm aware but the SMS I received on the (20/03/2013) I was suprised, But this is a downfall for Nashua Mobile as they don't keep there promises anyone can contact me URGENTLY on 078 120 8718 or 078 802 4246.
