I am sick and tired of MTN and their stories. Last month (26 Feb 2013) I received an account that reflected an amount I was not aware of nor knew anything about. I had to unsubscribe to something I NEVER!!! subscribed to. I paid it with regret and was assured it will not happen again and next month will not have the same problem. Guess what I am still paying for a subscription. I want to emphasise that I signed a contract with MTN for 24 months and not with some other company who can take advantage of me without my consent. I am on the phone with MTN (Mosholali Mokgoba) as we speak and (15min holding to speak to an supervisor) she said that Brenda Lebeloane will contact me. It is now 26 Merch 2013, 11:30.

MTN should not let any company have access to their clients accounts.
