Money deducted without consent

Money has been deducted from my Cell C account by OPERA014 although I have not subscribed to this service. When trying to Contact the company on 084 194 5555 the call it dropped or not answered, (and I am probably paying some ridiculous amount for the call that never gets answered?)
I want the R175 deducted from my account refunded by who ever is responsible and the subscription terminated if it is still active. If this is not resolved I WILL NOT RENEW ANY OF MY CONTRACTS WITH CELL C WHEN THEY ARE UP FOR RENEW.
