DEDUCTING MONEY FROM WRONG ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH

Good day

I am the senior administrator at Volkswagen Polokwane. i've been having a problem with Mtn theyve been deducting money from our company account for hes cellphone account every month.

I phoned Mtn many times to remove our details from the Customer Brian Ntomo's account so that he could pay hes Cellphone account himself.

i have not yet received any feedback or any response. this month again over a R 1000 was deducted from our account.
