ANOTHER DEDUCTION ON MY ACCOUNT BY MTN

MTN has done it again, i wrote a report with regard to a account opened with my ID# on the 26/01/2013. I got a response from MTN saying they are looking into the matter but again they have deducted money on my bank account. Why does MTN keep on deducting money on my account if they are still doing their investigation, what a bad service from MTN. I am never ever taking any contracts with you as I have got an existing contract of my own, can you please stop deducting money on my account!!!
