M Web does not reply to e-mails requesting help

I reached the 2GB cap on my internet data at 5 pm 26/3.
Immediately thereafter, I could still receive e-mails, but could no longer send e-mails. The agreement states that I should still have full e-mail after reaching my cap. I immediately reported this to their Technic@ mweb via the MC site.
On 27/3 I phoned their help desk and spent a full 53 minutes with their technician, which ended by him saying he cant solve the problem.
To date no reply from Info@mweb, or from technic@mweb.
