Still deducting account

I have previously complained that this company was deducting money from my dad account, they have resonded to say it was not them deducting money, Yet the agent @ customer told me this was the company .if they contacted me, i would give them the number i called from and they can hear the conversation. And although i recieved a mail to say that the deductions will be stopped, once again for the month of August, the account was deducted. I have sent numerous mail to Elma Malan of the customer care, she has not bothered to give me proper feedback, has not even contacted me telephonically to discuss the way forward. I have been told numerous times a refund will done, Im still waiting!!! If Advantage card is not deducting this money i seriously suggest they train their staff, and also make enquiries why I have been told this. Please try and solve this matte
