I am trying to transfer points earned to my cell phone, and have followed the instruction; however when I get to the messaqe asking where I am to enter my cell phone number to which I want to transfer points to, I keep getting a message saying "operation failed". I tried phoning 173, but you do NOT get an option to speak to an operator! I have mentioned this point in a previous complaint on Hellopeter, but this point has never been addressed by MTN. I am rather disappointed about this; if the issue had been resolved, there would be no point in me submitting yet another report to Hellopeter! I have earned these points, so I should be able to use them!
