I have not received my ebucks points yet for items bought on Kalahari more than a month ago. After phoning and then mailing Kalahari it seems nobody wants to take ownership or take this matter seriously. I definitely clicked to 'earn points' and entered my ID number and always received the message on the website saying 'you have successfully earned points on this purchase'. So clearly something is not working on your side. I keep getting different responses to my original mail (three totally different responses today - all to the same original email) one saying that it is an ebucks problem. This has nothing to do with ebucks as Kalahari issues these rewards and if something from the website is not pulling through on your side this is your issue. I spend regularly and need to make more purchases but feel as if this matter is not being taken seriously at all. I earned these points fair and square and now I need to FIGHT for them? Whatever happened to giving the customer the benefit of the doubt?? I am SO disappointed as I have always had good experiences with Kalahari till now. Seems I need to reconsider where I do my online shopping as I feel completely cheated!
