Broadband uncapped lite - No Value for money

I have been a happy customer for several months now but the last 2 months i have poor internet service. Once the 3gig soft cap is fully utilized the customer is supposedly throttled to a speed of 256kb/s however upon query with mtn technical assistance this is not guaranteed (not mentioned at time of contract agreement) and any speeds may become available (gprs speeds perhaps)

upset at this violation i thereafter call only to find out it will cost under R1000 excluding my lastest bill due to cancel a contract that has not kept true to its contractual agreement. Mtn can find excuses or quote legal jargon in their defense, but quality of service is simple. do not proclaim world class interent, simply state internet which is shoddy at times and sell your product under no false pretense. i will make every effort to notice all friends and family to never consider mtn for their internet broadband offerings
