We have 3 contracts with Autopage through MTN, and have since January had almost no coverage in the afternoons and evenings. We have logged multiple calls with MTN and Autopage in this regard, and I got told by Autopage this morning that it can take 6 months for a coverage issue to be sorted, and in the mean time we have to continue paying. Taking money, and not providing the service you pay for is called!
They have now escalated it to yet another manager because nobody you speak to can help as they are all "not authorised". They also wont cancel the contracts without us paying a massive cancellation fee, BUT WE DID NOTHING WRONG. It is not our fault that your service provider is failing providing the service to you!!! STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAGE!
