Good afternoon
Would just like to thank Vodacom for their excellent service. Had been experiencing problems with my samsung s2 for a while and although i had taken it into vodacom before that and was told that nothing was wrong with the phone. I took it in again and they said it would take 24 - 48 hours to repair if software related and if hardware related 7 - 14 working days. also that it would take a bit of time before the phone was accessed. considering i took the phone on a weekend i thought i would only get it back in a week or longer, low and behold i left the phone there at 12:00pm by 15:00pm they smsd to say the phone was ready for collection and repaired. collected the sunday, now thats service.
