Is MTN trying to lose my business

I own a shop next to the MTN store in Gardens Centre. 2 weeks ago my business laptop started giving me hassles, its old and im due for a new one. So I went next door and chatted to Diana who helped me choose a new one thats in the MTN deals mag. I did all the documentation and she said she would place the order for the laptop for me. ITS 2 Weeks later and still no laptop. I was told there was one at the Strand branch allocated to me and it just had to be collected. Obviously because it wasnt collected sooner they have given it to someone else. I have been told the manager said they cant tell me when there will be stock again. So thats that Mr Children, you can P$%% Off MTN doesnt want your business. Thats pretty much how I feel. I have also discovered that this branch is a franchise branch. Well MTN your franchise branches are ruining your reputation. I expect someones assistance please.
