Dont know what they doing

I went to the franchise store in the glen shopping centre to up grade my contract for a laptop I asked the sales clerk is it possible to up grade from a normal cell phone contract to a laptop contract. She said it was no problem. She said should go to the service centre also located at the glen. As I might wait more thsn 5 days for it and the service center might have it in stock and give it to me straight away. I went to the service center and spoke to the lady at the door as it was busy. She told me I can't upgraded to a laptop as the system wont allow it. Which doesn't make sense. And if I did up graded I would have received a high bill. The staff at the franchise stores should know how everything works. And also sate on your data deals that you cant up grade to them from a voice contract. Wich I think u should. Very disappointed with mtn. Been a customer for many years with 3contracts with them.
