Hello Peter,

Ronelle Hendriks of Sony responded to my complaint, clear incompetence or lack of knowledge, take your pick, i want consumers to know the following:

Wrt your response, I strongly feel Sony's cell phone offers are misleading, that the Consumer Act warns strongly against this.

Let me reiterate on 20 February, my sister passed away, the phone expensive and advanced as it is, failed to deliver, which resulted that I couldn't be reached at a given time after hours. Sony cannot bring that moment back which is lost to me forever. My brand new Sony Xperia was dead, and I was unreachable.

Also recommend, you do not respond wrt technical capabilities of Sony's products/applications since you are only a marketing person and do not possess over advanced knowledge wrt your product clearly lack and so forth. Again, I'm not the only customer who raise my concerns towards Sony's poor performance, lack of customer service and ability to deliver as they're mandate claims

Please get someone with technical expertise and knowledge to open their mouth to their defects they sell at high prices in the market.
