My Sony phone was part of an contract upgrade from Cell C in March 2013. Uptil Nov. 2013 it worked fine, until Sony had an software update, and that killed the bluetooth and wi-fi. Numerous calls to Sony and 5 "phone repairs" using Companion, all failed, and Sony help desk stated i must return the phone to cell c for repairs. I did in Jan 2014, and 20 days later it was returned, worked for about a week, and same problem again. Handed the phone back to Cell C on 04/02/2014 and will have to wait another 20 days. According to Cell C, Sony did a repair on the phone and I ask, " What kind of repair did Sony do? " or is the service centre clueless to the problem? The frustration and inconvience to me is not taken into account.
This type of service from a home brand is un-acceptable. The product is good, but never a Sony again. I should have stuck to my nokia brand... huge mistake, but i am stuck with it for another year, and the run around from the help desk? all i want is my phone to work like it used to - PERIOD. Why cant they just do that.
