Sony experia!!

Already placed a report of utmost disgust with the Xperia GO!! It is bad news product, BUT after this week even worse. Spoke to at least seven other people who report exactly the same - screens that crack for NO reason - or because of temperature changes. I cannot believe that SONY can get away with this?!! Even trying to get any response from SONY has NO result? my SONY days are OVER!!
