MTN being useless

I have been in contact with your Blue Route, Cape Town, Gardens and Cavendish Square branches. I have been gone from one frustrating conversation with one administrator to the next over the past 6 months with each of them giving me little information which is relevant as when I have followed up and done what I was told to the next person has no record of the previous meeting, or, the information given previously has been incorrect.

Added to this is the massive frustration that although there are booths for 4 consultants to deal with queries and there seem to be 4 consultants in the store, only one or two (normally one) are ever helping customers. The others are in and out of the shop, clicking on their computers seemingly aimlessly while a line of people stand waiting for service.

Nevermind the poor network coverage which I have grown to accept and not even question anymore.

Not impressed at all.
