I just wonder when my problem will be sorted out. 18 months of escalating, coupled with endless day to day call to customer care. Whem you do reach someone, after 15 minutes, they escalate a prpblem that was previously escaled.
What a JOKE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GIVING ME CLEAR PRECISE ANSWERS ABOUT THE INCORRECT BILLS I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY FOR THE PAST 18 MONTHS. INFORMATION GIVEN OUT BY VARIOUS CALL CONSULTANTS IS FOREVER CONTRADICTORY.
