OK so my MTN story is not getting better. I dont get and LTE phone and when MTN reply to my previous report I get no real answer. They do say that the SIM needs to be LTe and when i check it is not. I then check the data on my package and it is wrong. I should be getting 300MB per month and the package is only 250Mb. When I call MTN they say that they cant check this on the phone but I must drive all the way to the store so they can log a call on the MTN helpdesk system!! Why cant they do that on the phone.

So I have a phone that is not LTE, yes I know that coverage is slim so dont keep telling me that. I have the phone for 24 months, are they saying that coverage will not get better? I have the wrong package to what was advertised, have you guys got anything right. Why do I have to spend petrol to sort things out when you are a telecomunications company.

I am seriuosly not impressed with this service.
