Bought Samsang S2

I bought a Samsung S2, when I recieved a phone in a sealed package the ear speaker was not working. I sent the an email and the took the phone back, I recieved a call telling that the phone is working pefectly and they will sent it back. When I got the phone the package was opened (as expected). The phone was not closing propely and I noticed that the back cover was broken and I told them and the said the have sent me a new phone but it was opened because they wanted to check if everything was in the box as the people working in the warehouses usually send empty boxes and they sent the new back cover but still connot close. I thought may be there is something wrong I am doing, I took the phone to a cellphone shop just to check if i am doing everything right. The person who was helping me asked "why did I cahnge the battery" and he showed the other phone (s2) battery they had and compared the two. So the gave me a fake battery, sent them an emails and they did not reply.
