Megasurf Wireless Internet
Internet down for days

Every month, our internet is down for one or another reason. Then its this tower, then that tower. Monday 23 September 2013, our internet were not working. I called in and they said its the tower and internet will be back on in 30 min. From my call after 8 in the morning, the internet never come back on.
After the public holiday, we come back on 25 September 2013 to find the internet still not working. After several calls to the service provider and some difficulties, the internet was back on at 13:00.

Come in this morning 6am with 5 other employees to recover our back log due to this internet down time. Only to find that the internet are down again and Megasurf only open at 8 am. What a pity. Wasted everybody's time this morning. Month end and we CAN NOT work, do recons or anything at all.
