Bad service and bad call centre

Mtn has a very bad call service. Waited for more then a hour on the phone trying to get hold of them then i used another phone and got through after a half an hour. There services regarding the bbm is very bad. I think from next month i will change over to vodacom because i heard they are very good and they give you no problems.
