STILL SLOW INTERNET SPEED. Its been 4 months now

This is my 5th complaint. The reponce has been- we exculating your request??? I supposed to have a 4 meg line speed. My speed is barely a quarter of that. We have sent emails, called the call centre, gone into a branch. No one responds or even cares. Telkom needs more opposition so they can wake up.
If I do not get this sorted I will be cancelling the service!
