The worst service ever!!!

I have cancelled my 8ta contract on 7 October 2012 and up to today they deduct a amount of R98.90 every month. We went to the store 3 times already and I phoned every two weeks to try and solve the problem. Every time I have to speak to a call centre operator and they refuse for me to speak to a manager who can try to solve this problem. The amount for the first contract tel nr 0813227123 that has been cancelled escalates to R494.50 and for the next contract we cancelled in January 2013 that has not been cancelled either tel nr0813952484 they owe me R260. According to me this is because we have all the proof that this contract has been cancelled and If by any change you get through to them they tell you that the contracts has been cancelled but still they take your money. I would like this to be a warning to everyone.
