Vodacom! cell c / mtn. here I come

Pathetic service! Incorrect debit orders, handsets don't work after repairs, contract not cancelled after Vodacom lost computer and they now have zero signal so we cannot go onto internet, calls dropped or call fail message and permanent sos signal - no 3G/ gprs / edge / nothing! Will they take responsibility??? I want to cancel 6 contracts as they are not providing me with service they promised, but I can guarantee, they will want to charge me to cancel!!!
