Itemised billing {breach of contract}

Wrote a complaint about my husbands itemised billing that he was being charged for and from the time he has taken out the contract in 20119 have not recieved any itemise bill call them many times no joy then put a complaint in 20132 on hello peter then got a mes to say that a person by the name of masesi would contact him within 54hr they will contact him nobody did so wrote another com about no response then got a mes to say they are sorry and that somebody would contact him next day that was 201313 today is the 201323 do they mean next year this time or what cos his contract finish in 20139 is there anyone else to take this further they are around with peoples money and think its okay cos there is so many complaint about cellc
